One of the things I look forward to when choosing a place to visit is how easy or difficult it is to get a visa. With only a handful of countries without visas for Nigerian citizens, this plays a major role in determining which places to visit. Especially travelers for the first time are faced with the old chicken-or-egg status when it comes to applying for visas. We need travel visas but several countries will not give us one unless we get a valid visa for a different country. This is where visa free countries for Nigerians come in to help close that gap by creating opportunities to create a travel history.
There are also other countries that offer visas on arrival or on the e-visa program to Nigerian passport holders. This brings out the total number of free visas, visa visas and e-Visa locations in 47 countries.
In this article, I will highlight these countries. I strongly advise to also crosscheck for theses countries being listed here their consulate or embassy details, sometimes, these situations may change and you do not want to be stranded if they occur.
